Was involved in the opening of letters of credit, leaseof vessels to lift crude oil and refined petroleum products; liaising with the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA); Pipelines And Products Marketing Company (PPMC) and The Port Harcourt and Warri Refineries.
1993-1995 OPERATIONS DIRECTOR OF OMEGA PETROLEUM NIG LIMITED
The company specialized in the movement of refined petroleum products along the west coast of Africa and delivered refined products especially automotive gas oil to end users in Liberia, Zaire, Abidjan, Sierra Leone, Togo amongst others. As operations director, i handled most of the negotiations for products; opening of letters of credit; hiring of vessels on long term basis from overseas; dealing with the Products And Pipelines Marketing Company of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation. I also negotiated for storage contract at STSL Lome, Togo (Societe Togolaise De Stockage De Lome). This enabled us to service clients such as Socap Paris, Elf Abidjan.
Our other clients included the National Oil And Chemical Marketing Company Ltd.
1996-1999 MANAGING DIRECTOR OF RHEINGOLD NIG LTD
An integrated engineering company specializing in providing turnkey engineering services to the major oil producing companies including Mobil, Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Elf Petroleum, And Agip Oil amongst others. We successfully executed several procurements and engineering contracts for Shell Petroleum Development Company, Mobil, Agip And Elf.
We also delivered refined petroleum products to end users like the Nigerian Liquefied Gas Company (LNG) amongst others.
We collaborated and acted as agents to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC)in their quest to enter the Nigerian oil and gas sector, leading to the successful establishment of their subsidiary Bureau Of Geophysical Prospecting (BGP). We guided and were involved in securing and negotiating long term 3 d seismic data acquisition contracts for both Shell Petroleum Development Company and Agip Oil.
Notably, with the entry of BGP into the seismic data business in Nigeria, the prices of services in this area was substantially reduced.

- In recognition of his impressive achievements in Academia, legal practice, business and humanitarian services, the people of Ahoada East/Abua Odual Federal Constituency of Rivers State urged him to run and voted him in as their representative at the National Assembly in 1999.
- At the National Assembly, his colleagues also elected him as deputy speaker, House of Representatives on June 4 1999.

- THE NIGERIAN OIL AND GAS LOCAL CONTENT BILL: to allow for greater participation of indigenous companies in the oil and gas industry, with a view to developing indigenous oil/gas technology, empower local companies; create employment for our youths and multiplier effect on other sectors of the economy. This was borne out of his experience as a veritable indigenous player in the oil and gas sector of the Nigerian economy, from 1992-1999
- NIGERIANS WITH DISABILITY BILL: this seeks to set up a National Commission for disabled persons.
- WOMEN TRAFFICKING AND CHILD LABOUR ERADICATION FOUNDATION (WOTCLEF): A Bill establishing a National agency to enforce laws against trafficking of persons, particularly women and children. This bill was proposed by the founder of WOTCLEF , Hajiya Amina Atiku Abubakar, wife of the Vice President of Nigeria.
- THE NIGERIA MEDIA BILL: which is an amalgamation of all laws relating to the media in Nigeria.
He is also noted for his commitment to the promotion of dialogue between the Organized Private Sector (OPS) and the national assembly, especially with regards to local industrial capacity building within the context of the world trade organization (WTO). He is also a facilitator of dialogue between a coalition of non-governmental organizations and the parliament on issues of media rights, and sustenance of a credible democratic system.
A tireless community worker and grassroots activist, Prince Nwuche has identified strongly with his people’s problems and aspirations, hence his pivotal role in the passage of the Niger Delta Development Commission Act and the Onshore/Offshore Dichotomy Bill.

The briefs handled range from the renewal of oil mining leases, guidance in application for oil prospecting licenses(OPLS), legislative monitoring of bills, drafting of bills, real estate law, legal opinions and research, immigration and consular matters, investigations and verifications of diplomatic and visa documents, litigations on commercial disputes, expediting of several bills including BOFID , FSS 2020 laws etc.
He actively advised the Minister of Petroleum, Dr. Edmund Daukoru in the mini bid rounds of 2006/2007 especially on the participation of indigenous companies via the concept of the local content vehicle (LCV)
He was also actively involved as consultants to CNPC of China and CNODC in the propagation of the combination of upstream/downstream assets as a vehicle for developing refining capacity and other downstream assets to ease the continued importation of refined petroleum products in the midst of high crude oil production.

An investment company which was pivotal in the entry of China National Oil Development Company(CNODC) into Nigeria and the securing of 4 oil prospecting leases(OPLs) in the Chad basin and Niger delta in the 2006 bid round. The company also negotiated the oil prospecting licence Of Tianjin Energy and Bayelsa Oil Company.
MEMBER PRESIDENTIAL ADVISORY COUNCIL
Served on the Niger Delta Sub-Committee. The committee worked closely with the oil and gas companies and the Niger delta ministry and other stakeholders to re-examine the Niger delta crisis and advise on the consolidation of peace. Also liaised with the repentant militants and held discussions on ways to secure the peace and address the root causes of the problem. Submitted several reports to the President on the Niger delta and other sectors of the economy including oil and gas, power, infrastructure, economy, social welfare, education, anti-corruption etc.
